Free Plus-Size Stock Photos

As a technology company focused on serving plus-size people, we created this collection to meet our own needs for our company Instagram account. We needed photos of plus-size people doing normal things and existing stock photo sites either didn’t have images we liked or the costs were prohibitively high. But before we took the first photo for this project, we knew we were going to publish the images for free. At AllGo, we’re committed to doing everything we can to increase the representation of plus-size people.

Despite the fact that two-thirds of women in the U.S. are plus-size, just two percent of women shown in media are plus-size. The public’s appetite for more diverse imagery is clear. In 2017, Getty Images reported triple-digit increases in searches for the terms “body positivity” and “real bodies”. By depicting everyday activities such as making a salad or reading a book using plus-size models, we intend for images to be used by a wide variety of content creators—not just those addressing plus-size issues.

These photos are available for all uses and feature plus-size people. While attribution is not required to use the photos, we do ask that you please credit AllGo and photographer Michael Poley of Poley Creative whenever possible so that others may find our stock photo collections.
